Product Outline

Color coated products(Color steel sheets) are the highest value added among cold rolled products, which are manufactured by a process of bake hardening after being coated with various colors on the surface according to demand from customers and final users on the substrates of CR, GI, EG, AL and SUS.
It is possible to manufacture by applying various kinds of resins pursuant to a the color and substrate. It was called a nominal of PCM to the painted product, which was formed as a cut plate or coil before being fabricated into a steel sheet.

Production Facility PL/TCM→CGL→CCL

  1. Pickling Line(PL) Remove surface scale and oiling
  2. Tandem Cold Rolling Mill(TCM)Rolled to a desired thickness
  3. Continuous Galvanizing Line(CGL) Annealing + Hot dipped galvanization + skin pass rolling + Post treatment

01 Regular Polyester resin painting steel sheets
  • Color coated steel sheets that were painted and dried with polyester.
  • It is a generally used product whose workability, weather resistance, and durability are excellent
  • The range of colors and brightness are so wide that it is used for various purposes including constructional interior and exterior materials, assembling metals, and partitions.

02 Si-Polyester resin painting steel sheets
  • Steel sheets applied with a paint of Silicon resin and dried
  • Weather resistance is more excellent than that of polyester steel sheets that are used in construction materials principall

04 Fluorine resin steel sheets(PVDF)
